Who is Artefex for?

This site is aimed at all people between the ages of 18 and 70+. Our site enables you to meet professional people within the Creative Arts industry so that you can collaborate and work together to create new ideas and amazing pieces of creative results.

How much does it cost to join the site?

It is FREE to join at the Entrepreneur level for 6 months and explore the website.

Why should I join Artefex?

All members of the Artefex website will start to benefit from the services we provide immediately. Plus, the more you use the site the more beneficial it will become and play a huge role in your professional career within the Creative Arts industry.

Who owns Artefex?

Artefex is a privately owned company run by Paul Bailey and his team. We are totally independent.

How many members do you have?

We are very much a start-up organisation but have 100 members and a further 1000 people on our database interested in becoming members of the new, exciting website. We anticipate a growth rate of 50 new members every month so you will have plenty of choice and opportunity to find new professional people within the Creative Arts Industry to contact, work with and forge friendships. Our company specialises in ensuring our members are like minded, have similar interests and are legitimate people.

When did Artefex start?

We started in 2017 having noticed a niche in the marketplace and by providing services that our members really want across the UK.

How many staff do you have?

We are an Internet based company so we do not need a large Corporate office to house plenty of staff. We have 3 full time “core” staff. Paul will always be your main point of contact specially to ensure customer satisfaction. We keep our staff to a minimal to keep our charges down the staff we currently have ensure our business SLA’s are always achieved so we have the right number of people in place.

Where are Artefex based?

We are an Internet based company so office space is not required. Our registered office is 7 Priory Copse, Rotherfield Peppard, Henley on Thames, RG9 5LH.

Is there any danger that the site could fail or be down for any period of time?

We pay an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to provide our website hosting services. Although we have never known there to be an outage we have a service contract that has an SLA of one hour to get our website up and running again if the service failed.

How do I join?

Register for FREE at the Entrepreneur level. This gives you 6 months FREE access.

Can I recommend a friend?

When that person joins the website as a paying member we will record their name along with yours. We will then collect all the referals each month and the members making the recommendations will be entered into our monthly prize draw.

Do you have any client’s feedback or references for the quality of your site and services?

Just message one of our existing members for feedback and that will be the best feedback you can achieve.

Where is your office telephone number?

Because we are an Internet based company we do not have a Corporate office or office number. If you need to talk to us on the telephone, simply complete the Contact Us form and we will call you back within 48 hours.

Who is my main point of contact or Account Manager?

Paul is your main point of contact and will provide you with all the Account Management & Support you may need. Because we are an Internet based company we do not have a Corporate office or office number. How do I find out about new activities within Artefex?

We constantly update our News page on the website and there is the timeline which is constantly being updated by our members.

Is it a safe way to meet people?

Yes, you get to know people on line before meeting them. You get to know people who share your same Creative Arts experience, interests, values, and goals. There's no swapping of personal information until you're comfortable with it. No rush - take your time before meeting someone. A good tip is to let someone you know very well that you are meeting somebody for the first time. State where and what time you are going to the meeting place and provide a link to the person’s profile. Always take a phone with you and never have your first meeting at your home address.

How secure is my data?

Your data is extremely secure. We use SSL for security protection. Firstly, we do not share our database with any other social network sites, partner sites, or websites of our affiliates. Secondly our site is protected by Passwords and Firewalls. Thirdly our site adheres to and is registered with the Data Protection agency and we follow the Privacy Policy guidelines.

I like what I see, how do I sign up or join?

To join go to our Home Page and register for FREE at the Entrepreneur level.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time by sending a request via the Contact Us form. There is a 28 day notice period which commences when Artefex receives that form.

Will my details be deleted from your database if I leave?

Yes, we will delete all your details from our database and including your username, email address and profile. By law this is a Data Protection policy and guideline.
