Are your member’s profiles genuine?
We screen and check all members that join Artefex to ensure their profiles are genuine. There are also ongoing checks to ensure profile contents are suitable. We also have our customer Contact Us page so if you have any concerns about a member’s profile please let us know immediately.
Can you help me complete my profile?
Sure. There is plenty of guidance within our website but if you are still having trouble then complete the Contact Us page requesting that we give you a call and then we can talk you through the profile questionnaire.
Do I need to create my profile in one go?
No. you can add, change, edit or delete any of the contents at any time.
Can I edit or change my profile?
Yes, you can come back and add, change, edit or delete any of the contents at any time.
How do I assign an image as my profiles avatar?
- Firstly, sign in to your account.
- Hover your cursor over "Profile".
- Click and select "change profile pic".
- Click the box/text clearly reading "Select file".
- Navigate through your computer to find a suitable image of your choice. Before assigning the image, you can click "Edit thumbnail" located under "Thumbnail" in the lower section on the same screen. Once editing is complete click "Upload". Wait for the image to upload to our servers, this could take a minute.
- You have now successfully assigned an avatar to your profile.
Can I put videos into my profile?
Yes, but not at Entrepreneur level of membership.
Can I put images in my profile?
Yes, but not at Entrepreneur level of membership.
How many photos can I upload into my profile?
This depends on your Membership level. Please see the Membership levels for the quantity of images and videos for each level.
Do you allow nude images on the site?
Yes we do, but only artistic nudity.
What do I do if I don't want to see nude images?
We suggest you block the member posting their artistic nude images and then you cannot see them.
