How do I pay for membership?
No. PayPal is our Payment Gateway so all payments are via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make payments. You can use your Debit and Credit cards on PayPal to make payments.
How do I pay for Monthly Membership?
PayPal is our Payment Gateway so pay via PayPal. Create a PayPal account and setup a regular monthly payment to Artefex for the monthly membership fee.
How secure is your site for payments?
We use PayPal for all payments over our website so as this is Global Finance Company operating over the Internet it is extremely secure.
What payment provider do you use?
PayPal is our Payment Gateway so all payments are via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make payments. You can use your Debit and Credit cards on PayPal to make payments.
What is your refund policy?
We do not have a refund policy as you are paying for a monthly service. We have a cancellation policy of 28 days. Any payments you make to our Partners through the Artefex website are covered by our Partners refund policy or through your own credit card agreements.
Can I pay another way?
The Artefex website uses PayPal and Gocardless as its payment Partners. They both accept all major credit and debit cards as well as the PayPal payment mechanism.
